Meet E'Shereca Mills, LPC
E’Shereca Mills has a diverse background in mental health counseling, crisis intervention, behavioral health services, and community support. She earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
Ms. Mills has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community settings. Throughout her career, she has provided individual, group, and family counseling, crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and behavioral health support for individuals navigating trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, anger management, and life transitions. Her professional background includes work with Gulf Coast Center, Military OneSource, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and adoption counseling services.
Known for her compassionate, empathetic approach, Ms. Mills is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve emotional wellness. She values collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
