PEARLAND, TX – March 27th, 2026 – MyCHN is proud to announce the addition of several new community partners to Elevations. This continued growth strengthens the platform’s ability to connect residents with essential services and support across Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, and Harris Counties.
Elevations is a collaborative platform designed to bring together nonprofit organizations, community partners, and local resources in one centralized system. By streamlining referrals and improving coordination, the platform helps individuals and families access the services they need more efficiently.
The newest organizations joining the Elevations network include:
- M.I. Lewis Social Service Center – offering services such as food pantry access, financial assistance, rent and utility support, and career development
- Youth & Family Counseling – providing individual therapy and family counseling services
- The Warriors Refuge – supporting veterans with transitional housing, counseling, recovery programs, and employment and education resources
- Pearland Chamber of Commerce – dedicated to supporting businesses, promoting growth, and empowering the local community

With these additions, Elevations continues to enhance its mission of addressing non-medical drivers of health, including access to food, housing, employment, and mental health support. Community members and partner organizations can now begin referring individuals directly to these new partners through the platform, improving coordination and reducing barriers to care.
