Dr. Sanam Safahieh is a dedicated and highly experienced Pediatric Dentist committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare to children in a safe, supportive, and family-centered environment. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from UT Health San Antonio and went on to complete her Pediatric Dental Residency at the same institution, where she received advanced training in child psychology, sedation, special needs care, trauma management, and surgical procedures.
Dr. Safahieh has over a decade of dental experience and has served children and families across the Greater Houston area in both private practice and surgical center settings. Her approach focuses on creating a comfortable and engaging dental experience for children of all ages—whether for routine care, complex restorative treatment, or sedation dentistry. She holds certifications in nitrous oxide sedation, Level 2 sedation, PALS, BLS, and CPR, ensuring safe and effective care at every visit.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Safahieh has been actively involved in outreach and education, volunteering with Smile 360 and other mission-based dental organizations. She has also held multiple leadership roles throughout her education, including serving as class president and vice president in various dental student organizations.
