With over two decades of clinical and leadership experience, Ms. Davis will soon begin seeing patients both in-person and virtually, further expanding MyCHN’s commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health care for the communities we serve.
Meet April Davis
April Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, counseling psychology, and trauma-informed care. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rockhurst University. Ms. Davis has built her career around advocating for vulnerable populations and leading mental health programs that promote healing, growth, and long-term wellness.
Throughout her career, Ms. Davis has held clinical and leadership roles in both public and private sectors. She has served as a Clinical Director, Program Manager, and Behavioral Health Service Manager. Her expertise includes trauma recovery, applied behavioral analysis, crisis intervention, and integrated care coordination.
At MyCHN, Ms. Davis brings her extensive clinical knowledge and dedication to delivering high-quality care, serving patients with compassion and cultural responsiveness. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, evidence-based practices, and a deep belief in the transformative power of mental health support.
