Freeport, TX, September 24th, 2024 – MyCHN is pleased to announce the partial reopening of Freeport Community Health Center, which was temporarily closed due to damage sustained from Tropical Storm Beryl. The clinic will resume normal operation hours on Monday, September 30th, 2024, offering medical, dental, and therapy/behavioral health services with limited availability as repairs continue.

- In-Person Medical: Monday- Friday: 8am-6pm | Saturday: 9am-3pm
- Dental: Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
- Virtual Care: Monday-Friday: 8am-9pm | Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm
- Pharmacy: Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm | Saturday: 9am-3pm
Although the clinic will operate at a reduced capacity, patients can now schedule appointments for these services at the Freeport location. Our goal is to continue providing accessible healthcare to the community. The reopening process will be carried out in stages, with the expectation that the clinic will fully reopen once additional repairs are finished. We appreciate the patience of our patients during this time and will continue to provide updates on our progress.
