Alma D. Garcia is a compassionate, licensed professional counselor. She graduated with her Master’s in Education in Counseling from Heritage University in 2005 and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University in 1995. Garcia has provided counseling for children, adolescents, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns, including healthy sexuality, sex education, relationships, anger management, and substance abuse prevention, for over two decades.
She specializes in providing bilingual outpatient counseling to adolescents and adults. She is committed to supporting victims of abuse and those with a history of trauma, fostering healing and resilience in every individual. Garcia is actively engaged in Counseling Connections for Change, LLC, where she provides counseling for individuals involved in the CPS system, as well as therapeutic services for those who have suffered abuse.
