Angleton, TX, October 27th, 2023- MyCHN will host Medicare/ Affordable Care Act Enrollment Educational events for the entire month of November at three of its locations. There will be trained staff at these locations to assist community members with the Medicaid/Medicare enrollment process. Additionally, there will be community education events on “What is Medicare and Who Qualifies.” These events are to assist in spreading awareness throughout these communities on the health coverage options available to them.
The communities around MyCHN Angleton, Freeport Community Health Center, and Adoue Family Health Center are welcome to visit these clinics during these weekly events. Information booths will occur weekly starting on Monday, November 6th, and ending on Thursday, December 7th, 2023.
