Freeport, TX, June 7th, 2023– MyCHN gladly welcomes Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Briana Jones to its medical team. Briana Jones has been in the healthcare field for almost ten years and takes pride in providing whole-person individualistic care to her patients. Jones will help expand access to medical care at MyCHN’s Freeport site, Freeport Community Health Center.Â
Briana Jones is Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who received her certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She began her nursing career in 2015 after completing her bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. After working in various specialties in an in-patient setting, Jones decided to further her education and received her master’s degree from the University of Texas Arlington as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her focus is whole-person care, and her mission is to provide individualized care to her patients and empower them to take charge of their health. Briana Jones enjoys working collaboratively with her patients to address their healthcare concerns.  Â
