Dr. Jackson’s Letter to Patients

Dear Parent/Guardian,

I am pleased to inform you that I am moving to Community Health Network’s whole-person MyCHN League City location at 2360 Gulf Fwy S #100-C League City, TX 77573 effective November 1, 2022. This means that I will no longer practice at the Women and Children’s Clinic at 218 E. House St., Alvin, Texas 77511.  I will greatly miss all of my patients and parents that I’ve cared for over the years at the Women and Children’s Clinic.  I hope you will decide to keep your child’s care with Dr. Mary Beth Keith.

Dr. Mary Beth Keith received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston (now McGovern Medical School) in 2015. She completed her Pediatric residency at McGovern Medical school in 2018 where she had the honor of receiving the Best Teaching Resident award. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Since the completion of her residency, she has practiced general pediatrics in the Greater Houston area. She has a special interest in breastfeeding, infant care, preventative medicine, and global health.

If you prefer to schedule your child’s care with me at the MyCHN League City location, I look forward to continue serving as your child’s Pediatrician.

The MyCHN League City location provides high-quality, whole-person care with medical, and behavioral, including psychiatry, a pharmacy offering brand-name prescriptive medications at reduced prices, and a full-service dental clinic slated to open (date). As with the Women and Children’s Clinic, you and your family members are welcome to use these services. The Center accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, most Private Insurance and sees patients with no insurance. Any patient that does not have insurance may qualify for services for a small copay based on household size and income.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call the main phone number at 281-824-1480.

I look forward to continuing our relationship.

Sincerely,

Shari Jackson, M.D.
