How to use chn virtual health services
- Schedule Your appointment through Patient Portal
- Download Zoom to Your device
- Receive a message or email from CHN with the link to a Zoom meeting
- Complete Your appointment with the provider and receive Your prescription through mail
Virtual Appointment Through Zoom
Tip: It’s easier if you have the Zoom app downloaded to your phone and you have created an account prior to your virtual appointment.
If you have downloaded the Zoom app to your iPhone and created an account.
- You should get a text message that says Join Telehealth
- Click on the link
- Wait until your provider allows you to enter
- Click WIFI or Cellular Data on the pop-up
- Please select start video and unmute by tapping the bottom left-hand corner
If you do not have the Zoom app downloaded on your iPhone:
- You should get a text message that says Join Telehealth
- Click on the link
- Download the Zoom app on your iPhone
- Once it is downloaded, go back to the text
- Click on the link again
- Enter name
- Click OK
- See yourself in the video (select video)
- Then click okay
- Then click okay on the microphone
- WIFI or cellular data
- Wait until your provider allows you to enter
