Venkat Veerisetty, Ph.D., D.M.D., received his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, in 1976, and his D.M.D. from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, in 1988. Dr. Veerisetty was on the dental faculty at the School of Dentistry in Jackson before practicing General Dentistry. He served on this board for five years, where he gained the experience necessary to develop his dental acumen. He furthered his education in Prosthodontics, a dental specialty at the dentistry school U.T. Health Science Center in Houston. Upon certification, he served as an associate professor at the U.T. Dental School from 1995-2000 to teach prosthodontics. After leaving teaching, he became a full-time practicing dentist serving Pearland, Houston, and Freeport in Texas. Dr. Veerisetty has been with Community Health Network for almost 10 years and still enjoys providing dental services today.
