League City, TX, August 26, 2021 — Community Health Network (CHN) welcomes Fall by beginning the demolition, expansion, and reconstruction of its clinic in League City, Texas. Victory Lakes Family Care will offer mental health, pediatric, and women services both in-person and virtually. The clinic will also offer COVID-19 vaccinations and financial services and plans to expand to include dental services soon.
“We are so excited about this new expansion. League City Women and Children’s Clinic will become Victory Lakes Family Care offering care to all children, women, men, and seniors. Our services will include primary care, obstetrics, pediatrics, dental, and behavioral health,” said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s Chief Executive Officer.
The clinic is expected to finish its renovations in mid-September. With the new growth, Community Health Network recognizes there may be questions regarding its services and how these changes may affect community members. CHN has a dedicated call center staffed with team members to assist individuals in need of immediate assistance with questions or requests regarding counseling, psychiatry, dental, and vaccine appointments. The Communication Center is available Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at (281) 824-1480.
