Community Health Network at Brazosport College

Lake Jackson, TX, February, 2020, — “Community Health Network is proud to announce a partnership with Brazosport College. We will open a health center in the Brazosport College that will provide health services to students, faculty, and staff. We will provide primary care and behavioral health services to patients that are uninsured or underinsured.”, said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s CEO.

Community Health Network is a system of federally qualified health clinics located in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties that provide pharmacy, primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, women’s health, men’s health, senior health, oral health care, psychiatry and therapy. Community Health Network is dedicated to developing systems of care that are of high value to the people we serve. We accept Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, private insurance, and cash payments. Individuals and families that are uninsured may be eligible for care at a discounted price, and patients that are not eligible will find substantial value in our office visits, lab costs, and pharmacy pricing. We look forward to providing effective and efficient medical services to the people of Angleton and the surrounding area. For medical and behavioral health services, visit us at 500 College Blvd, B 112, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. For additional information, visit the www.mychn.org or call 281-824-1480.
